Last year I was searching on the internet for a supplier for our staff Christmas hampers.
I was searching for a reputable company that offered an arrangement of hampers that were:
1. Beautifully presented.
2. Hampers that contained unique quality items and not just the standard arrangements that most companies were offering.
3. Reasonable priced as I was on a budget.
I found so many companies that sold hampers, but the hampers all looked the same and seemed to offer all the same inclusions and were very expensive. One day I came across a company named ‘Australian Gourmet Gifts’ and went to their website www.australiangourmetgifts.com.au and I was very surprised to see quite an extensive range of beautiful hampers that were very impressive.
The hampers were of a very high standard and beautifully presented and I found some hampers that contained quality items that catered for our budget.
I contacted Theo of Australian Gourmet Gifts whom I found to be friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs.
He offered us several options with regard to the hampers that suited our budget and were truly exquisite. I showed the pictures of the hampers to quite a few of our staff and each and everyone of them were very impressed with the hampers. Everyone was very excited with the choice of hampers by Australian Gourmet Gifts as last year the hampers were small and dull in comparison.
We provide our staff with a choice of a hamper or a bottle as a gift from the company and last year quite a number of staff chose a hamper this time. Theo was polite, courteous and very flexible with our needs at all times and he always responded to my emails promptly. Christmas time is such a busy time for our office and Theo was very accommodating and pleasant at all times.
We received our Christmas hampers from Australian Gourmet Gifts a few days before our Christmas party as arranged with Theo and each hamper was presented in a beautiful box with a ribbon tied around it.
It’s very hard to find good service these days, so dealing with Theo from Australian Gourmet Gifts was an absolute pleasure.
I definitely will be contacting Theo again this year for our Christmas hampers, and I have peace of mind that he will offer the same professionalism and excellent service that he did last year. Australian Gourmet Gifts also offer an extensive range of hampers for any occasion, not just Christmas.
