We take great care in ensuring that hampers arrive safe and undamaged, by using more than adequate packaging, and selecting the most reputable and reliable freight and courier companies. All our hampers are generally dispatched on the next business day, and arrive within 2 – 10 business days depending on the destination. Please note that delivery may take a little longer during the Christmas Season, due to the very high demand for hampers.

Our Delivery Calculator has been developed to provide the most accurate delivery information for our customers. It covers all of Australia and 16,185 Suburbs. Simply enter the number of hampers you wish to purchase, and your postcode, and the calculator will work out the delivery charge to the cent.

Important Information on the Delivery of Gift Hampers

• Deliveries to residential addresses are sent by contracted courier companies and Australia Post. All hamper deliveries require signature upon receipt. Please Note if the recipient of the Gift Hamper is not at home, the hampers will be delivered to the nearest Australian Post Office. A card will be left at the recipients address advising of all the details. Unlike other hamper companies, we do not charge any re-direction, re-delivery or administration costs.

• We do not leave hampers on residential premises unattended if the recipient is not at home. We do not want the hampers to be stolen, or damaged by weather conditions or by any other means.

• We do not guarantee next day delivery. We generally dispatch hampers on the day of the order or the next business day. Please allow 2 – 10 business days for your hampers to arrive. During peak times there may be some additional delays which are attributable to a number of factors which are totally out of our control, such as delays by our courier contractors.

• Our delivery contractors do not accept specified time deliveries (eg. 10.30 am).

• Our delivery days are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm - Australia Wide. We do not deliver on weekends.

• Australian Gourmet Gifts is not responsible for an incorrect address provided, or if the recipient no longer resides at the stated address. However, we are always more than willing to assist our customers in resolving such unfortunate situations.

• Australian Gourmet Gifts Hampers are safely packaged in a very durable cardboard outer box with bubble wrap to ensure the hampers arrive safe and un-damaged. In addition, bulk orders are usually delivered on Pallets making it easier for our corporate customers to manage upon receipt.

We are very serious about providing accurate information to our customers and have disclosed all information to the best of our knowledge.
