Australian Gourmet Gifts offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders, Australia wide, whether in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra or anywhere in between. Please note:
- Orders received before 10.00am EST are despatched on the day of the order.
- Orders received after 10.00am EST will be despatched on the following day.
- All online orders, without exception, are dispatched within 24 hours.

Overnight Air-Express Delivery
We also offer Overnight Air-Express Delivery for only $9.95 per hamper Australia wide. Please note:
- For overnight air-express delivery, orders must be placed before 10.00am (EST) so they can be dispatched on the day.
- We cannot guarantee next day delivery. We dispatch all hampers on the day of the order and almost always the hampers are delivered on the next business day.
- Deliveries may take longer if they are going to remote destinations, or during the Christmas peak period.
For Bulk Orders above $1,000.00 going to a single destination, in addition to Free Delivery, we offer a 10% Bulk Order Discount. This is automatically calculated on the shopping cart when you place an order above $1,000.00. Please note:
- For the Bulk Order Discount to apply, all the hampers must be going to a single destination and recipient.
- If your order is over $1,000.00 and the hampers are going to different destinations, then the discount does not apply. This is because the delivery and administration costs will be too high for us to absorb if we also provided the bulk order discount.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL ORDER DETAILS ARE CORRECT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We’re really quick at packing all orders, and our real-time dispatch system will process all orders instantly, without exception. This means we will have your hampers delivered as soon as possible, however we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed your order including changes to the delivery address, delivery option and greeting card message. All your order details and delivery tracking information will be sent to you once your order is placed.
Australian Gourmet Gifts deliver hampers Australia wide, irrespective of how remote the location. We take great care in ensuring that hampers arrive safe and undamaged, by using more than adequate packaging, and selecting the most reputable and reliable freight and courier companies. All our hampers are generally dispatched on the same business day, and arrive within 2 – 7 business days depending on the destination. Australian Gourmet Gifts conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service for our customers.
Important Information on the Delivery of Hampers
Deliveries to residential addresses are sent by contracted courier companies. If the recipient of the Gift Hamper is not home, then the hamper will be directed to the nearest post office for collection. A collection card will be left at the recipients address with all the information. This way, in addition to the hampers being directed to a safe place, there are no additional re-direction costs.
We do not guarantee next day delivery on the Overnight Air-Express Delivery Option. We dispatch all hampers on the day of the order and almost always the hampers are delivered on the next business day. However, deliveries to really remote destinations may take an extra day or two. Also, during peak times there may be some additional delays which are attributable to a number of factors that are totally out of our control, such as delays by our delivery companies.
Our delivery companies usually deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Australia Wide. They do not deliver on weekends and they do not accept specified time deliveries (eg. deliver at 10.30 am).
Australian Gourmet Gifts is not responsible for an incorrect address provided, or if the recipient no longer resides at the stated address. However, we are always more than willing to assist our customers in resolving such unfortunate situations.
Australian Gourmet Gifts Hampers are safely packaged in a very durable cardboard outer box with heavy duty poly foam to ensure the hampers arrive safe and un-damaged. In addition, bulk orders are usually delivered on Pallets making it easier for our corporate customers to manage upon receipt.
The information contained on the Australian Gourmet Gifts Website is provided in good faith. We are very serious about providing accurate information to our customers and have disclosed all information to the best of our knowledge. However, if you believe we have missed something or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests and requirements. Please also note that all items advertised on the Australian Gourmet Gifts website are in stock unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantee the replacement item will be equal to or greater value than the original item.
Defective merchandise may be returned to Australian Gourmet Gifts within 14 days of original purchase date. Australian Gourmet Gifts requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.
Please note, hampers returned back to Australian Gourmet Gifts due to an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery rejection by the recipient, are not eligible for a refund or re-delivery. This is because we incur additional costs for the return delivery of the hampers and the disposal of perishable items contained in the hampers.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 14 days of the invoice date. A mail cheque may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
Australian Gourmet Gifts accepts your cheque by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper cheque is accepted and the cheque is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Commonwealth law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any Australian Gourmet Gifts Online purchase by mail:
Notify us at [email protected] of your intention to return the product(s), including the reasons you are returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We will contact you with a return authorisation along with any special instructions. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include a copy of the return authorisation. All returns must be sent prepaid – we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
