Australian Gourmet Gifts offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $60 to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and most major destinations in Australia. In relation to the despatch of orders:
- Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually despatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST are despatched on the next business day.
- We do not despatch orders on weekends or during Public Holidays.
However, there is a $9.95 delivery fee to certain regional/remote destinations where the delivery charges are too high for us to absorb in total. This will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart. The Post Codes that will attract the $9.95 delivery fee are:
- Q3: 4450 – 4499, 4700 – 4805, 9920 – 9959
- Q4: 4806 – 4899, 9960 – 9999
- W2: 6215 – 6699
- W3: 6700 – 6797
- W4: 6798 – 6799
- NT1: 0800 – 0999
- NF: 2899
We also offer Premium Air-Express Delivery FROM $14.95 per hamper Australia wide. Please note:
- Orders placed before 11:00 am (EST) are usually despatched on the same Business Day. Otherwise, they are despatched on the next Business Day.
- Most orders with this service are usually delivered within 1-2 business days, however, we cannot guarantee this.
- Express Deliveries will take longer if they are going to regional or remote destinations.
- Express Deliveries may take longer for all destinations during peak periods, such as the weeks leading to Christmas.
Because of the very high cost of express deliveries to some regional/remote destinations, we cannot offer the express delivery service to the Post Codes stated below. Instead, they are sent on our Standard Regional/Remote Destination Delivery Option for a fee of $9.95. This is automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

We also offer Next Business Day Delivery via Star Track Express. Please note:

- Most orders with this service are usually delivered the next business day after despatch, however, we cannot 100% guarantee this.
- All Star Track Express Courier deliveries must be sent to a physical address and be signed for. If no one is present to take delivery, the parcel will be taken to a collection point.
- Star Track Express deliveries will take longer if they are going to regional or remote destinations.
- Star Track Express deliveries may take longer for all destinations during peak periods, such as the weeks leading to Christmas.
Same-day delivery is available for metropolitan Melbourne suburbs. This service applies to orders placed before 11:00 AM Melbourne time (Monday to Friday), provided the same-day delivery upgrade is selected at the final stage of checkout. Please ensure to provide the recipient's phone number so the courier can contact them regarding any delivery issues.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are only a guide. Delivery may take a little longer for Regional/Remote Destinations, and during the Christmas Season because of the outrageous demands placed on delivery companies.

We're really quick at packing all orders, and our real-time dispatch system will process all orders instantly, without exception. This means we will have your hampers delivered as soon as possible, however, we can't make any changes once you've placed your order, including changes to the delivery address, delivery option, and greeting card message. All your order details and delivery tracking information will be sent to you once your order is placed. Australian Gourmet Gifts deliver hampers Australia wide, irrespective of how remote the location. We take great care to ensure that hampers arrive safe and undamaged, by using more than adequate packaging and selecting the most reputable and reliable freight and courier companies. All our hampers are generally despatched on the same business day, and arrive within a few business days depending on the destination. Australian Gourmet Gifts conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service for our customers.
Standard and Premium Express deliveries to residential addresses are sent by contracted courier companies. If the recipient of the Gift Hamper is not home, and there is no safe place to leave the hamper, then the hamper will be directed to the nearest post office for collection. A collection card will be left at the recipient's address with all the information. This way, in addition to the hampers being directed to a safe place, there are no additional re-direction costs.
We do not guarantee next day delivery on the Premium Air-Express Delivery Option. We dispatch all hampers on the day of the order and almost always the hampers are delivered on the next business day. However, deliveries to really remote destinations may take an extra day or two. Also, during peak times, there may be some additional delays because of several factors that are totally out of our control, such as delays by our delivery companies.
Our delivery companies usually deliver Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Australia Wide. They usually do not deliver on weekends and they do not accept specified time deliveries (e.g. deliver at 10:30 am).
Australian Gourmet Gifts is not responsible for an incorrect address provided, or if the recipient no longer lives at the stated address. However, we are always more than willing to assist our customers in resolving such unfortunate situations.
Australian Gourmet Gifts Hampers are safely packaged in a very durable cardboard outer box to ensure the hampers arrive safe and undamaged. If a hamper is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it.
The information contained on the Australian Gourmet Gifts Website is provided in good faith. We are very serious about providing accurate information to our customers and have disclosed all information to the best of our knowledge. However, if you believe we have missed something or would like additional information, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests and requirements.
Please also note that all items advertised on the Australian Gourmet Gifts website are in stock unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantee the replacement item will be equal to or greater value than the original item.
Defective merchandise may be returned to Australian Gourmet Gifts within 14 days of the original purchase date. Australian Gourmet Gifts requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check. Please note, hampers returned to Australian Gourmet Gifts because of an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery rejection by the recipient, are not eligible for a refund or re-delivery. This is because we incur additional costs for the return delivery of the hampers and the disposal of perishable items in the hampers.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 14 days of the invoice date. A mail cheque may be issued when the original form of payment is unavailable for credit. Australian Gourmet Gifts accepts your cheque by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. If the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or if a paper cheque is accepted and the cheque is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Commonwealth law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
To return any Australian Gourmet Gifts Online purchase by mail:
Notify us at sales@australiangourmetgifts.com.au of your intention to return the product(s), including the reasons you are returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
We will contact you with a return authorisation along with any special instructions. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include a copy of the return authorisation. All returns must be sent prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
