Penfolds Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz 750ml. An exceptional wine from a leading world-renowned brand! Bin 28 offers a showcase of warm-climate Australian Shiraz – ripe, robust, and generously flavoured. First made in 1959, Bin 28 is named after the famous Barossa Valley Kalimna Vineyard purchased by Penfolds in 1945 and from which the wine was originally sourced. Today, Bin 28 is a multi-region, multi-vineyard blend, with the Barossa Valley always well represented.

Charles Pelletier Blanc de Blancs 750ml (Burgundy, France). Crafted in the heart of the Burgundy wine-growing region, the elegance of this sparkling wine is the result of over a century of family dedication and commitment. For a Methode Traditionnelle, the natural sparkling process takes place in the bottle, and the wine ages for a minimum of 9 months on yeast lees. It is during this period of time that the wine will gain in complexity and the fine bubbles are created. It has a soft, yet very nice and dry finish, and it is simply amazing with fresh strawberries.
